Fanatec products warranty, RMA, and technical issues are addressed only through Fanatec channels. We are unable to manage these communications on behalf of customers. This decision is based on past experiences, where involving all parties (Customer/Fanatec/SIM Demon) tends to slow the timely resolution of product issues.


Our primary focus is to promptly address and resolve the reported problems and we feel this is the best way.
