In this instance please can you send photos, and a damage description and also include your name and invoice number to [email protected] We will then be able to contact our courier to discuss the situation. However, we MUST have pictures and as much detail as possible about the damage that has occurred, this information to hand will help speed up in us being able to rectify the issue.
